Our Policies
Payment, Refund and Registration Policies
All transactions and fees will be completed in Canadian Dollars (CND$) only.
Skate Canada Fee – Any skater who is not currently a Skate Canada member will be required to pay once per participant (skater), an additional $40.00, which will be added to the registration fees for membership from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020. This fee is non-refundable.
All club programs and services offered by Century Skating Club are delievered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and will take place at the location indicated in the program registration. We do not offer any products for purchase on this site besides program registrations.
Important Note: By registering online, all skaters and parents will be required to accept all the CSC's policies and code of conduct as outlined in the online waiver during the registration process.

REFUND POLICY SEPTEMBER TO MARCH SESSIONS
No refunds (either full or partial) will be given except in circumstances deemed legitimate by the CSC Board of Directors (eg. certified medical illness or injury).
Century Skating Club Administration/Fundraising Fee and Skate Canada membership fees are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY ALL OTHER SESSIONS
No refunds. No credits. No exceptions.
The Club is NOT obligated to refund registration fees for unforeseen ice closures due to special events/circumstances, or equipment/mechanical breakdown beyond our control. The Club will make every effort to make up for cancelled sessions.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining your trust.
The personal information gathered during registration may be used by Skate Canada, Skate Canada - Manitoba Section, and by their constituent skating clubs for the purposes of offering skating information and providing and administering skating programs (including, but not limited to, instruction, testing, competitions, seminars, and meetings). Skate Canada, Skate Canada - Manitoba Section, and Century Skating Club (#1000259) agree that the information provided will be used in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and with the Skate Canada privacy policy.

Export restrictions
We do not export any goods or services.
All programs will take place at the location indicated in the program registration. We do not offer any products for purchase on this site.
Tax Credit Receipts
When you register, you will receive a receipt by email. This can be used for your records. Additionally, if you log into the website and select “My Account’ in the top right corner and select “My Order History” you will see any eligible tax receipts for each tax year. Please note: The tax receipts will be issued in the name of the person who made the payment for each participant enrolled in the ASC programs.
